Mithril Brush was created to provide a competition specifically for Lord of the Rings miniature painting enthusiasts.

Gone are the days of a single category in Golden Demon for simply “Middle Earth.” Now, the entrant has the ability to choose amongst several categories to enter in to.

About the Creator of Mithril Brush

Greetings!

My name is Gianluca, and like you, I have an immense passion for painting Lord of the Rings inspired miniatures. I have been painting miniatures for over 15 years and as time passed I wanted to create a source and competition for painters to enter their beloved miniatures in for the world to admire.

Golden Demon does provide an avenue for this but hundreds of painters worldwide are not able to enter for a variety of reasons.

I wanted to change that.

My first installment of a painting competition was MEpaintingcomp, which was hosted through Instagram, but I quickly realized that this form of social media was limited.

Mithrilbrush.com allows you to view the entrants of previous competitions along with staying up to date with recent MESBG/painting news.
